6. Prohibited Conduct

7. Account Suspension and Termination

x9777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, collusion, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to platform integrity or player protection policies.

Upon permanent closure for cause (terms breach, fraud, or prohibited conduct), x9777 is not obligated to return any remaining account balance. Upon voluntary closure requested by the player, any real-money balance not derived from bonus funds and that has cleared all wagering requirements will be returned via the registered payment method within 5 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the x9777 platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and their compilation — is the property of x9777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability
